Parking: There are free 1- and 2-hour spots on Church Street and the surrounding areas. For longer parking, there are free unlimited spots on Mallett Street, Australia Street, and other nearby streets (a 2- to 15-minute walk away). Paid parking is also available at Wilson Parking on the corner of Carillon Ave & Elizabeth St (an 11-minute walk).

Public Transport: Church Street Studios is a 17-minute walk from Newtown Station or a 16-minute bus ride from Central Station (get off at Missenden Road and walk 5 minutes).

Arrival: Entry via the big red door on Briggs Street, at the corner of Church and Briggs Streets. Please text me at 0410 005 385 when you arrive and I will collect you from the front.

Casual Session:

Available Times: Starting Monday, September 30th, 2024, I will have 5 mentorship slots available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am & 6pm, as well as two earlier slots reserved for casual bookings. Casual bookings also available in any other time slots pending mentorship bookings. Here are the available times:

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

• 8:30 am–9:30 am (Casual Bookings)

• 10:00 am–11:00 am (Mentorship Bookings)

• 11:30 am–12:30 pm

• 2:00 pm–3:00 pm

• 3:30 pm–4:30 pm

• 5:00 pm–6:00 pm

All times are AEST. Online lessons are available. You will receive an automated text reminder at 9am the day before your booking. Please note that late arrival will not extend the lesson time beyond the booked time slot.

Rescheduling: Requires more than 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. A rebooking fee of $24 will apply starting Monday, 30th September 2024. If you do not see your preferred time, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate. Lesson times are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. If my availability cannot accommodate your request or if bookings are full, you will be added to the waitlist. If rescheduling within the booking period of your purchase type is not possible, the lesson fee will be forfeit upon its expiry.

Booking periods as as follows:

• Casual Session: 1 month from date of purchase.

• Project Session: 1 month from date of purchase.

• 4-Week Vocal Foundation Program: Four consecutive weeks.

• Weekly Mentorship, Fortnightly Mentorship: Minimum term of 5 lessons; exit notice of 2 weeks required.

Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeit, as are no-shows. Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice convert to credit with an expiry based on booking periods above. Cancellations for medical or personal emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any unused lessons by the expiry date in a multi-lesson block will be forfeit. If I am unable to complete your lesson booking for any reason, I will arrange a reschedule or provide a credit.

Public Holidays: Lessons will continue on NSW and Australian national public holidays unless otherwise advised.

Online Lessons:

Online lessons via Teams are available if you are unwell or unable to attend your lesson in person, please send a text or email prior to your lesson time. All lessons are delivered according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST; UTC+10:00) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT; UTC+11:00). Interstate and international online students should be aware of potential time changes during Daylight Saving Time (first Sunday in October – first Sunday in April).
